Tony Wagner - Head Coach
My philosophy is everyone should get an opportunity to play. This is such a great game and I want everyone to enjoy all the aspects of rugby culture. While winning is important, it isn't the only thing. Respecting your teammates, respecting your opponents and respecting the game are equally important because these will carry over into life situations.
